His three office locations make his practice very accessible to all patients in the area. He presently has office locations in Hartford, Avon, and Enfield, CT. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we're late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.InsuranceWe are members of most area Preferred Provider organizations and accept assignment from Medicare.Fees and PaymentsWe make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care, and therefore request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We will bill your insurance company; however, payment is the patient's responsibility.
